Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lynk API Platform ("Service"), operated by Colopoint GmbH ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Lynk API provides programmatic access to:

  • BGP Upstream Intelligence — network routing data and transit provider analysis
  • AI Phone API — AI-powered outbound and inbound phone call capabilities
  • Competitive Intelligence — market and competitor analysis data

3. Accounts & API Keys

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Any activity under your API key is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Plans & Billing

Unlimited Plan: Available to @link11.com email addresses. No usage limits or token charges.

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG): New accounts receive 50 free tokens. Each API endpoint consumes a specified number of tokens per request.

Token packs (one-time purchase): Additional tokens can be bought as one-time packs through our payment provider, Stripe. Purchased tokens are credited to your account once and do not expire on a fixed schedule.

Monthly subscription: A recurring monthly subscription grants a fixed token allowance that is credited on each successful payment, including the first month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unused tokens carry over (roll over) and are not reset at the end of a billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in EUR and, where applicable, are stated exclusive of or inclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing, token costs, and plan structures with reasonable notice; changes do not affect tokens already purchased.

5. Refunds, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation of subscriptions: You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the Billing page (Stripe Billing Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access and any token allowance already credited for that period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

One-time token packs: Token packs are digital content supplied immediately. Because the tokens are made available for use as soon as the purchase is credited, they are generally non-refundable once any token from the pack has been used.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU): If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable EU law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. By purchasing tokens or a subscription and starting to use them, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal for the portion already supplied, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB and Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Discretionary and statutory refunds: Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have (for example, in cases of a defective or undelivered service, or a duplicate/erroneous charge). Where we are not legally required to refund, we may still issue a refund at our sole discretion — for example for tokens that were charged but demonstrably never provided due to a technical error.

How to request a refund: To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact us at hello@lynk.run with your account email and the relevant transaction. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without permission
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits or engage in automated abuse
  • Use the AI Phone API for spam, harassment, or unsolicited calls
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying data sources

7. Data & Intellectual Property

All data, analysis, and intelligence provided through the Service remains the intellectual property of Colopoint GmbH. You may use API responses for your internal business purposes but may not republish raw data as a competing service.

8. Availability & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of data. We aim for high availability but are not liable for downtime or data inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colopoint GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
